Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how RelilQ uses cookies and similar technologies on www.relilq.com and in the RelilQ application.

Based on the current RelilQ codebase, RelilQ does not install third-party advertising pixels or common marketing analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog, or Mixpanel). If that changes, we will update this Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage used by the browser.

2. Strictly necessary and authentication cookies

RelilQ uses necessary cookies and related storage to operate the service, including:

Supabase authentication session cookies that keep you signed in securely;
RelilQ_company_id — remembers the selected business workspace;
RelilQ_dashboard_branch_id — remembers branch scope on the dashboard;
RelilQ_attendance_device — httpOnly cookie used for shared attendance terminal sessions (path limited to attendance flows); and
local storage keys used for offline attendance device identity and related operational state.

These technologies are required for core functionality. Disabling them may prevent sign-in, workspace selection, or attendance features from working.

3. Preferences

Workspace and branch cookies above also act as preference cookies so RelilQ can show the correct business context after you sign in.

4. Analytics and marketing

RelilQ does not currently deploy separate analytics or marketing cookies in the application code. We do not use cookies to sell personal data or to run third-party ad targeting on RelilQ pages.

5. Session storage for Face Match pilot UI

RelilQ may use session storage for temporary Face Match pilot UI state in the browser. This is not used for advertising.

6. Managing cookies

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you clear authentication cookies, you will need to sign in again.
