Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using RelilQ. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Lawful use only
You may use RelilQ only for lawful workforce administration, attendance, records, recruitment, and related business operations. You must not use RelilQ to violate Nigerian law or other applicable law.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- process personal data without a lawful basis or required notices/permissions;
- use RelilQ for unauthorised employee surveillance beyond features the product actually provides and you are lawfully entitled to use;
- harass, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against workers or applicants;
- enrol staff in Face Match without authority or required permissions;
- impersonate another person or falsify attendance, location, or identity verification;
- manipulate clocks, devices, or Face Match to commit time fraud;
- attempt unauthorised access, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malware, or disrupt RelilQ;
- scrape RelilQ or abuse APIs in ways that harm service stability or other customers;
- circumvent access controls, billing limits, or security features;
- use recruitment tools for illegal hiring practices; or
- use workforce scores or risk indicators as an unlawful discriminatory mechanism or as an automatic substitute for fair human employment decisions.
3. Enforcement
RelilQ may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, workers, or the platform.
